Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

Satisfy your sweet cravings with this refreshing Blueberry Frozen Yogurt, a vibrant soft-serve treat made entirely from simple, nutrient-dense ingredients. Instead of relying on artificial flavorings or protein powders, this recipe leverages the natural sweetness of frozen wild blueberries paired with a creamy yogurt base. It is a fantastic option for a quick, antioxidant-rich breakfast addition, a post-workout snack, or a lighter evening dessert. .

The foundation of this recipe relies on 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt, which provides a thick, velvety texture once spun in the Ninja Creami. This base delivers 9 grams of protein per serving, helping to support muscle recovery and keep you full longer. Pure maple syrup and a splash of vanilla paste enhance the fruit's natural sweetness without overwhelming it with refined sugars. Combining these whole foods creates a functional, high-protein dessert that supports your wellness goals while tasting like a traditional ice cream parlor treat.

After blending the ingredients until smooth, pour the mixture into your Creami pint and let it freeze overnight. When you are ready to eat, simply spin the pint on the "Light Ice Cream" setting to achieve a smooth, scoopable soft-serve consistency. For the best experience, top your finished frozen yogurt with a handful of extra fresh berries or sliced fruit just before serving to add texture and an extra boost of fiber.
