I’ve been coming up with recipes for my new Ninja Creami and this high-protein pineapple whip is my favorite so far! 🍍🥭

Ingredients

  • 1(16-oz) container (2 cups) Good Culture cottage cheese @good_culture
  • 4 cups of fresh pineapple (or a mixture of pineapple and mango
  • Coconut extract to taste (about 10 drops)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Just throw cottage cheese into a blender along with fresh pineapple & mango, coconut extract and a whole food sweeter like maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Fill two Ninja Creami canisters and freeze for 24 hours before running through the light ice cream setting on the Ninja Creami. I always run it twice to make it super creamy.
  3. If you don't own a Ninja Creami, add to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 3 hours. Let sit out of the freezer for about 15 before serving.
