Don't miss how I make my delicious no-measure cranberry sauce!πŸ˜‹It's really about time I shared how I make my yummy cranberry sauce. It's super easy and does not require any measuring. That's right, no measuring allowed!

Ingredients

  • Bag of fresh cranberries
  • Small bag of frozen raspberries (optional)
  • Apple cider
  • Orange juice
  • Lemon
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup
  • Chia Seed
  • Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add a bag of fresh cranberries to a saucepan. Add a small bag of frozen raspberries (optional but yummy), about 1 to 2 cups of liquid like apple cider and orange juice (I add both), a squeeze of lemon, 1 or 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, and sweeten to taste with maple syrup and sugar.
  2. Let the mixture simmer over low heat until the cranberries are cooked down.
  3. If it's too thin, add 1 tablespoon or so of chia seed.
  4. If it's too thick, add more apple cider or orange juice.
  5. If it's not sweet enough, add more maple syrup or sugar.

The flavors go together so well. Yum! πŸ˜‹

I have some great ways to use the leftover sauce so stay tuned!

πŸ¦ƒ Happy Thanksgiving! πŸ¦ƒ
