Holiday Chocolate Popcorn Bark

You don’t want to miss this yummy and super easy healthy holiday dessert! 😋Try dried cranberries instead of pomegranates if you want. Or better yet, add both! You can change up the topping to match the holiday.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds
  • Lightly salted popcorn

Instructions

  1. Spread dark chocolate chips over a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Put pan into a 300 degree F. For about 5 minutes to melt.
  3. Using a spatula, smooth out melted chocolate to cover area completely.
  4. Top melted chocolate evenly with pomegranate seeds (arils), roasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and lightly salted popcorn.
  5. Press all toppings into the chocolate with a spatula. (Don’t miss this step.)
  6. Freeze until hard (at least an hour).
  7. Break into pieces. Store in the freezer. Enjoy!
