Frozen Cheesecake Bark Recipe

If you're looking for a light, refreshing dessert to cool down with this 4th of July, my Frozen Cheesecake Bark is the perfect choice. It’s creamy, fruity, and sweet—plus it takes only a few minutes to prep. No oven, no stress. Just blend, freeze, and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cup cottage cheese (I prefer 2% Good Culture Brand @good_culture)
  • 6 to 8 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Berries of choice (for toppings)

Instructions

  1. Blend these 3 ingredients in a blender until smooth: 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 cup cottage cheese (I prefer 2% Good Culture Brand @good_culture), 6 to 8 tbsp pure maple syrup
  2. Pour into a small sheet pan (with at least half an inch high sides) and evenly smooth out in the pan.
  3. Top with berries and freeze until hard.
  4. Cut and serve. Store in the freezer, and don’t let it sit out for more than 5 - 10 minutes before it melts. Just put the serving plate back in the freezer for a few minutes to harden it back up before you serve it again.
