It’s critical that your organization or company sources a health and wellness program that offers the time necessary to help your employees learn new habits. New behaviors will not last if participants are not given sufficient time to adopt, incorporate, and practice these new behaviors in their daily lives. According to a study in the European Journal of Social Psychology, for a new habit to last, that new habit should be in practice for approximately two full months.
After two months, one would find enjoyable ways to make changes work in their life and is much more likely to keep doing these changes, especially if they were participating in a program that provides them with accountability, support, and a means of tracking their long-term progress.

The Sustainable 12 Fix Group Challenge
The 12 Fixes to Healthy Challenge Program takes a sustainable approach to wellness. According to surveys of past participants, participants of this 12-Fix Challenge continue to follow new wellness changes 98% of the time!
My evidence-based program integrates a Mediterranean whole food lifestyle with food timing, gut health, the newest protein science, fitness, sleep, eating ergonomics and mindfulness all in one program - a program that focuses on educating and supporting one’s journey to age healthfully. This program includes an interactive 12-week Group Challenge to help participants adopt new habits in ways participants enjoy in their lives.
Participants move through the program, led by a registered dietitian nutritionist, at a gradual, sustainable pace using the 12 Fixes to Healthy book, 12 Fixes app, weekly recorded training sessions, daily support and accountability. They begin by adopting just one new “Fix” together, and additional “Fixes” are introduced one at a time throughout a 12-week period so participants can find ways to make the Fixes work in their lives. There is no pressure to be perfect. In fact, participants receive full points for following the Fixes 80% of the time!
